msdtc on windows 7
Installing and Uninstalling the MSDTC in Windows 7:
msdtc -install
or
msdtc -uninstall
and then checking it using the DCOMCNFG utility. eg:
Start -> Run -> dcomcnfg -> Component services -> Distributed Processing then enable / disable etc
